데브얼라이브(DevAlive, 이하 「개발자」)는 모바일 게임 「질풍 편대」(Gale Squadron, 이하 「게임」)를 이용하는 분의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 지킵니다.
개발자는 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 위치 등 이용자를 알아볼 수 있는 개인정보를 직접 수집하지 않습니다. 게임에는 회원 가입, 로그인, 인앱 결제가 없고, 게임이 개발자의 서버로 정보를 보내지 않습니다.
게임은 이용 편의를 위해 아래 정보를 이용자의 기기 안에만 저장합니다. 이 정보는 개발자에게 전송되지 않습니다.
게임 안의 순위표는 기기 안 기록이며 온라인으로 공유되지 않습니다. 게임을 삭제하면 이 정보도 함께 지워집니다.
게임은 이용자가 직접 고를 때만 보상형 광고를 보여 줍니다(이어하기, 보상 2배). 광고는 Google LLC의 Google AdMob이 제공합니다.
개발자는 이용자의 개인정보를 직접 수집하지 않으므로 제3자에게 제공하거나 처리를 위탁하지 않습니다. 광고 서비스가 수집하는 정보는 4절과 같이 Google이 처리합니다.
게임은 만 13세 이상을 대상으로 합니다. 개발자는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.
이용자는 언제든 기기 설정에서 광고 ID를 재설정·삭제하거나 맞춤 광고를 끌 수 있고, 게임을 삭제해 기기 안 정보를 지울 수 있습니다. 개인정보에 관한 문의·요청은 10절의 연락처로 보내 주시면 지체 없이 답하겠습니다. Google이 처리하는 정보에 대한 열람·삭제 요청은 Google 계정 설정 또는 Google 개인정보처리방침의 안내를 따릅니다.
만 14세 미만 아동의 법정대리인은 아동의 개인정보에 대해 열람, 정정·삭제, 처리 정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 위 권리는 10절의 이메일로 행사할 수 있으며, 개발자는 요청한 분이 법정대리인인지 확인한 뒤 지체 없이 조치하고 결과를 알려 드립니다. 이용자가 직접 요청하기 어려운 경우 대리인을 통해서도 요청할 수 있습니다.
게임은 개인정보를 서버에 보관하지 않으며, 기기 안 저장 정보는 운영체제가 앱별로 분리해 보호합니다. 게임을 고칠 때 새로 수집되는 정보가 생기지 않는지 확인합니다.
개인정보 침해에 대한 신고·상담은 개인정보침해 신고센터(국번 없이 118, privacy.kisa.or.kr), 개인정보 분쟁조정위원회(1833-6972, www.kopico.go.kr)에도 하실 수 있습니다.
게임에 결제, 로그인, 온라인 순위표, 분석 도구 등 개인정보를 다루는 기능이 추가되거나 광고 서비스가 바뀌면 이 방침을 먼저 고쳐 게시하고, 바뀐 내용과 시행일을 이 쪽에 표시합니다.
DevAlive ("the Developer") respects the privacy of everyone who plays the mobile game "Gale Squadron" ("the Game").
The Developer does not directly collect any information that identifies you, such as your name, email address, phone number, or location. The Game has no account, login, or in-app purchases, and it does not send any data to the Developer's servers.
For your convenience, the Game stores the following only on your device. This data is never sent to the Developer.
The in-game leaderboard is a local record and is not shared online. Uninstalling the Game deletes this data.
The Game shows rewarded ads only when you choose to watch one (to continue a run or double a reward). Ads are provided by Google AdMob (Google LLC).
Because the Developer collects no personal information directly, none is shared with or outsourced to third parties. Information collected by the ad service is processed by Google as described in Section 4.
The Game is intended for users aged 13 and over. The Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
You can reset or delete your advertising ID, opt out of personalised ads, or uninstall the Game to delete local data at any time. Send any privacy question or request to the contact in Section 10 and we will respond without delay. Requests about data processed by Google can be made through your Google account settings or as described in Google's Privacy Policy.
The legal guardian of a child under 14 may request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of processing of the child's personal information. These rights can be exercised by email to the contact in Section 10; the Developer will verify that the requester is the legal guardian and then act without delay and report the result. If you cannot make a request yourself, you may also make it through a representative.
The Game does not store personal information on any server. Data stored on your device is protected by the operating system's app separation. When the Game is updated, we check that no new data collection has been added.
If features that handle personal information (such as payments, login, online leaderboards, or analytics) are added, or the ad service changes, this policy will be updated and posted first, with the changes and the new effective date shown on this page.
